Operating method · 01

Build. Prove. Keep, kill, or sell.

Arete is not a pile of launches. It is the habit of giving each project an honest state, a recent signal, and a next decision.

01

Build

Make the smallest useful version real. A deployed surface beats a perfect private plan.

02

Prove

Attach one concrete signal: usage, revenue, a passing test, a live transaction, or an honest failure.

03

Decide

Keep operating it, extract a reusable template, prepare a clean acquisition, open-source it, or archive it.

04

Repeat

Update the state when reality changes. No zombie launches and no invented traction.

What the labels mean

A state is a claim. Keep it narrow.

Status is based on evidence available to the operator. It is not an audit, investment recommendation, uptime guarantee, or promise of future results.

Earning

Verified economic activity. Revenue is not implied unless explicitly stated.

Testing

A working surface or controlled production test; demand may still be unproven.

Monitoring

Deployed and watched while reliability, fit, or transferability is improved.

Available

A defined, sanitized asset package with license and delivery path.

Archived

Preserved for reference or a possible micro-asset transfer; not an active product.

The output

See the work, not the mythology.
