Privacy notice

Arete Zero is designed to collect little data. This notice describes the current public site and direct template checkout flow.

Information processed

The hosting provider necessarily processes basic request information such as IP address, user agent, requested path, and timestamps for security and operation. If you email us, we receive the address and content you send. If checkout is enabled and you buy a template, Stripe processes payment and contact information and returns transaction identifiers and payment status needed to deliver the purchase.

What the site does not do

The current site does not create visitor accounts, store card numbers, run advertising pixels, accept public bids, or expose private project infrastructure. Public status checks query only a fixed allowlist of project web surfaces.

Use, sharing, and retention

Information is used to operate the site, prevent abuse, respond to requests, fulfil paid delivery, and meet legal or accounting duties. It may be handled by infrastructure, email, and payment providers acting for those purposes, or disclosed when law requires it. Each provider applies its own retention rules; business records may be retained where required.

Your choices

You can browse without submitting a form. You may ask about personal information associated with your email or purchase and request correction or deletion where applicable, subject to legal retention duties.
