Site and purchase terms

These terms govern your use of aretezero.com and any digital product purchased directly from Arete Zero. They are an operational draft and do not replace transaction-specific terms for a project acquisition.

Portfolio information

Project states, evidence, status checks, and availability notes are provided for general information. They are snapshots, may change, and are not investment advice, an audit, an uptime commitment, or a representation that an entire business is transferable.

Digital products

A template purchase grants only the rights in its included license. Unless an asset schedule says otherwise, a purchase excludes brands, domains, customer or operational data, credentials, third-party accounts, deployed infrastructure, contracts, and source material outside the delivered archive.

Payment and delivery

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices and currency appear before payment. Delivery is made through a paid-session download. If a verified purchase cannot be delivered, contact us for a replacement link or remedy. Refund rights, taxes, and statutory warranties apply as required by applicable law.

Acquisition inquiries

An “inquire” label is an invitation to discuss, not an offer to sell. Any acquisition is subject to diligence, an agreed asset schedule, definitive documents, payment through an appropriate third-party channel, and any required approvals.

Acceptable use and warranty

Do not interfere with the site, bypass delivery checks, or use purchased material in a way that violates law or third-party rights. Except where law requires otherwise, the site and digital products are supplied as available without promises of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose.
